Chris is the Director and CEO of King St Ltd, a leading advertising and marketing agency in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. Chris’ career spans over 30 years and includes senior positions in some of New Zealand’s leading advertising agencies, including 22 years owning and operating King St. 

Chris is a passionate supporter of the local community and, through his business and personal activities, continues to make a contribution to a number of community organisations via governance and mentoring roles. Over the last 22 years King St has donated well over $1million of services to the Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival, The Kudos Awards, the Fine Homes Tour, Hospice Waikato, the Meteor Theatre, the Gallagher Great race and many others.

Chris is the current Chair of the Hamilton Garden Arts Festival, a role he also held from 2009-2016. He was the Chair of Creative Waikato from 2011-2016 and the Chair of Clarence Street Theatre from 2015-2016. He was the Chair of Hamilton City Council’s Events and Sponsorship Committee from 2001 to 2009.

Chris is also a co-owner of Porch Recording Studio and the oner of Old Rockers Inc. Chris has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in marketing and accounting from Massey University.
